Visted Feb 14th Valintens eveing. good food but terible little russian girl waited on us. she didnt understand whet you were saying.so she never brought you anything you asked. we had two couples and she would not split the bill for us.I THINK LOYLETTA WAS HER NAME DONT GET HER TO WAIT ON YOU...VERY POOR SERVICE BUT GOOD STEAKS.

I absolutely love the Porterhouse, they have the best French Onion soup in the entire world! I love their salads and thier steak and it's very reasonable priced!! I live in Pennsylvania and fly down there just to go there!! I think the reason why most people think there is bad service, because they are impatient. I'll be honest most of the people at this establishment do not speak good English, but so what...you just have to be patient. I've never had a bad experience there and I've been there a dozen times! I love it!

I have been to this location twice, both times we had horrible service, however this week while me and my friends were there we were overcharged by the server, when we brought it to her attention she arguded,we asked to speak to the manager who has no customer service skills at all, he kept arguing and refused to fix our check, I refused to pay untill he did, so he called the cops!!
They made us pay so drinks we did not consume, and when the entire bar was stearring in curiosity he asked the cops to get us out the bar. I had never been so humiliated!! They all refused to give me names and corporate tel number.
