I found Dr. Narson through Yahoo Local and benefited greatly from the advice other people had taken the time to give. So, here I am adding in my 2 cents.
The office is very professionally run and very high-tech. My first consultation involved lots of time with the doctor and lots of questions and answers which made me feel confident that I was going to get good care. And I did...
The first treatment session for my bad back (sprained lower back) brought immediate relief and 2 more sessions within the week saw me pretty much back to normal.
I'm actually very new to chiropractic and some of the electric impulse and massage therapy was also very new to me but it was all delivered with a lot of prior education so I knew what to expect. Definitely a good place for beginners.
I'll be back for some more holistic, preventative therapy hopefully soon (work's a bit crazy now).

I needed a chiropractor in Miami Beach a few years ago after getting hit by a car while riding my bike on Washington Ave. A friend recommended Dr Narson and a day or two later, I went. The office staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was even much more thorough examining me than my family doctor! A welcomed surprise, a doctor that actually spends more time with you

After the exam Dr Narson explained my condition and we discussed the treatment plan and began that first day. His therapists were great and the adjustment felt better than I thought (I was never adjusted before so I was a little apprehensive). He gave me some tips on how to take care of myself at home by using ice, light stretching etc.

It took some time but Dr Narson stuck with me throughout the entire ordeal.

Since then, I am back to being very active, riding my bike again (now I ride on the beach!! No cars). I have had to see Dr Narson a couple of times for other issues, like my shoulder and a sprained ankle from running and Dr Narson is always there for me. He is a genuinely nice person, very friendly and he seems to really knows his stuff.

I highly recommend him

Nice staff and dr Narson is very friendly. If you want quality care look no where else.
