User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCALLED DEALER TO SPEAK TO PARTS WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES THEN HUNG UP ON WITHOUT EVER SPEAKING TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had a great experience with this dealer. I was treated very well and will definitely be back. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, pre-owned. The entire staff was very friendly. I had a weird noise in the vehicle and took it back to have it looked at and they took care of the issue right away!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsterrible dealer...once they take your money they dont worry about you at all....i bought a brand new truck that had a scratch on it before i bought it, so they told me that they will fix it just bring it in for the first oil change and we will fix the scratch...the truck has been to the dealer more than 5 times and the scratch is still in my truck...also the truck was in an accident and i took it in for the repair and they used the same damaged parts and the truck was not running good after so when i took it back they told me they couldnt do anything about it, their exact words were "sorry but we are not responsible for that because we dont know what you have done to your truck after it left here"..so i have to pay over $3,000 dollars for a new differencial, for a truck that still has waranty and all repairs been with the dealer....leason learned. i will never ever purchase any dodge or chrisler vehicle again, chrisler was no help either...terrible service,terrible parts only decent people are the sales persons but once they sell you a car forget it they wont ever return your calls DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I have pretty much the same story with my experience with this dealer. Terrible service and had to take my car somewhere else to fix it. I wouldnt recomend this dealer to anyone!!
