To the few that still love torture... I am a consumer who owns stock in blockbuster and regularly visit stores to see how they are running because obviously I want to understand why the stocks are astronomically low. And i can honestly say i found the reason why at this store. with the exception of a few good employess and the fact that the store is somewhat clean i had a horrible experience thanks to the store manager. this young lady who looked like she obviously didnt want to be there condesendingly told me where the game i was looking for was at . she released a deep exhalation as if i bugged her or annoyed her. In addition she continued to do so to the other two or three people that asked her for " customer service ". she was working on something in the section where they have movies for sale and never even made eye contact with me. WOW, what a number. As if that wasnt enough i managed to find the game i was looking for only i didnt get to rent it since blockbuster has this asanine system where you have to take one of their empty boxes to the front of the store and then they give you the actual game which of coarse in this scenario was never found. the employee informed the manager heidi i think was her name that she could not find the game and then the two of them embarked on a lewis and clark type of expedition to try to find the game. Finally after a futile attempt at restoring my customer view in light of her terrible condesendece she returns with the very poor excuse that the game was lost. Folks the game wasnt lost it was just not there and she didnt know what to tell me short of telling me another lie that would have only irritated me more. Her service skills are an ABOMINATION at best. hello will somebody please do something about this woman...I dont think blockbuster can afford to lose too many more customers and at this little house of horrors they are dropping like flies.
