Disapointed Customer: I called Winn-Dixie at 10:30 pm to ask them if they had a product in stock. The woman that answered the phone was very aggressive and indelicate. She didn't even let me finish my question and hung up on me. I called several times and she, I assume, just lifted the phone and hung up without a word. I insisted until a gentleman answered the call and helped me with my question which didn't take more than a minute. I wish a top manager to call that place one of these nights to see the kind of people Winn-Dixie is employing. I'm very disapointed.

I agree 100% with you. I encountered several situations where their service towards a customer, like me who often shops there, was horrible. For instance, I went to Winn-Dixie gathered my food and was ready to pay.As I approached to the front end to pay, the lines were all the way to aisles. I nearly stood in line for about half hour. Mind you, there were only 2 registers open and I had to go in the self-check out service. I may have had more than the required items needed to use the self-check machine, but I had no other option. One of the employees, rejected me into using the machine due to the fact that I had more than 20 items. I kept on insisting if they can open a register so there can be less waiting and more customers leaving. A couple mintutes later, a customer shouts, "can you please open another register?!" The manager in the front stood there ignoring everything that is happening and not making an effort to make a change. What makes matters worse, it was the day of the power outages that aimlessly happened throughout Florida. Winn-Dixie made that day very stressful, not only to me, but of others.
