| About: | Even in South Florida, the land of fusion food, Chifa is exotic, serving a unique Peruvian-Cantonese menu. From start to finish, this may be a meal unlike anything you have tried before. Start with asparagus soup or hrimp roll with almonds. You can choose from a dozen different styles of duck, all of which are delicious. A variety of beers (including Peruvian) are available to accompany dinner. The surrounding area is unimpressive at best, but Chifa is certainly a diamond in the rough. Trek through the strip mall and you will be pleased at what you find. |

this place is an ok restaurant to go to but a bad thing is that they make u wait at least half an hour until they bring you your food, the service is nice and so is the food but its a little overprice for the time they make you wait for your food to come out. I mean don't get me wrong the food is really good but i don't think it's worth the wait unless you are starving or really have a crave for it. So now you now if your willing to wait half an hour and pay overprice then you won't mind this place and a little tip for those who get take out it takes almost as much time for it to be ready so you might as well just eat there unless you want to be cheap and take it home.
I ate at this place twice, the service and cashier are terrible, being a pricey restaurant, smells like if they're cooking right in front of you so leave the place smelling like if you cooked, and to top it off the food is very greasy. Sorry but that is my opinion.
I'm glad we went to the Chifa!!! The food was great and the waiting time was not that bad. We actually waited 15 to 20 min. If you are not a Peruvian or you are not interesting in trying new things, this place will not work for you. We have been living here for almost five years and we have never find a Chifa before. Peruvian Chinese food "Chifa" is very, very different from American Chinese food. The service was ok, but I think if they offer a better service they will have more customers. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with our Peruvian Chifa!!! yupiii
