I hope your installers didn't mind all my questions yesterday. I sure had a lot of them much like I had with your son on Tuesday!
Installation went well until I asked Rory Smith what the size of the filter was so I could order a supply of the Merv 12 filters. As he was looking to see what the size of it was he realized at that point that there was no filter rack with the unit. As he and his helper went on their lunch break, they went by a supplier and came back with one. No time lost as it worked out well on the timing.
I think most all my questions have been answered after bombarding you, Eric, and then Rory with them! There is another one or two possible questions, but I will research them on the internet first before I take you up on your offer and give you a call. I programmed the thermostat hoping with the cold night we had last night that it would function properly, and it did. I guess I got lucky.
I want to thank you for working with me and your patience as well. I will have no problem referring you all to anyone of my friends. I will supply you with a review for your website in the next day or two.
