Downtown Pizzeria

I get lunch from here at leat once a week but no more. Yesterday they charged my credit card two times and I expected a credit back. This morning I called my bank and they said a credit was not avialable nor done by Downtown Pizzeria. I then called the establishment only to get a lot of grief form the supervisor I was connected to. I explained being an accountant I knew how this works and was looking for this credit to my account. She stated it would be forthcoming in a few days this is unacceptable to me. First off if you do not know how to use a credit card machine you should not be taking orders. Second, as a CUSTOMER I should not of been treated with such disrespect as I was today. I should of been appeased to my fears of no credit; not taken to task regarding the situation. I reccommend that NOONE buy food from this esxtablishment until their management can be changed and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today. I again called to get the confimation number for the credit to be applied to my credit card as my bank stated when you batch the tickets all in the batch both credits and debits will go through not just the charges. She told me it would have to wait until afternoon and would phone me back hanging up on me very rudely. It seems to be a trend at this place POOR customer service well if they cannot deal with the public the public should show them how it is, when they do not purchase from them. In this economy you should be grateful for repeat customers. Instead of trying to get rid of them I am stumped as to the attitude at this establishment, as the food is good the service HORRIBLE. It is possible to haev great food and no business due to the staff you choose to interact with the public, I feel bad for the owners they are not performing well in this economy in regards to their businesses future.

This is my new favorite pizza place! I I tried them a few months ago and order almost once every week or two now! A bit pricey for delivery (esp. when you get extra toppings) but SOOOO worth it. Everyone whom I've spoken to (phone and delivery people included) have been so friendly and helpful. They always give me more $3 coupons when they deliver my pizza. :-) I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! I've only tried their pizzas and garlic rolls but LOVED everything!

Food is good, prices reasonable and garlic rolls are GREAT!
And to be able to order at 2AM will most pizza places are closed
is a real convenience.
