Buyers beware!! In my travel to Miami 2 weeks ago and unexpeted brake faliure caused me to look for a local dealership to repair my vehicle. They tried to soak me for $500.00 to fix a 3'-$10.00 brake line. I called other places to find out that this job with labor & part should only be around $175.00 max. After a confrontation they could not prove that $500.00 was a fair and just cost for this repar so the discounted everything. I still feel as though I was taken advantage, I am certain this is typical of this Dealership after listening to other customers. Oh and they tried to make me pay and extra day of car rental by delaying the repair and extra day because I made waves.

In the month of October of this year 2007 your leaders at AutoNation declined to assist and or repair a vehicle a breast cancer patient purchased from them. The vehicle is a lemon and needs thousands of dollars of work. At the time of purchase the vehicle was returned with insurmountable mechanical problems multiple times. During treatment this cancer patient dipped to 75 lbs. standing at 5’7”. During that time the vehicle was pulled over by the police and was ticketed for illegal window tint. The vehicle was not mechanically safe or up to the legal standards of the state in which it was sold. The patient was lied to and advised they were sold this lemon because they thought the patient was going to die. The patient lived.

The patient reached out to Michael J. Jackson and asked for assistance. He never returned the call but instead acted cowardly and hid. The stress on this patient while trying to start their life again was insurmountable. Stress is exactly what brings the cancer back and Michael J. Jackson could cause this survivors death. Sound dramatic? It is and it is real. After pleading for help Michael J. Jackson laughed in her face with his cronies and went home to his cushy residence and took a bath in his 1,150,000.00+ dollars and never looked back.

Over 2 million American Women Who Have Survived Breast Cancer throughout the United States will walk united in reaching out to the public by way of organizations, corporations, churches, and any venues we can find that is available to us to tell the story about AutoNation and are requesting a boycott against any business whose parent company is AutoNation. There are two hundred plus million of us; two hundred times his salary. Michael J. Jackson is a disgrace to the auto industry, and an embarrassment to everything this country and it’s countrymen stands for. Your company culture has proven to lack integrity, ethics, honesty, humility, and have proven to be dishonorable and untrustworthy. As a nation of Americans one of our core values is to bond together and extend our hands and help when needed. AutoNation failed that core value about as bad as a US Company could, and he did it to a defenseless and beaten down cancer patient.
