haven't change nothing ive been here since 2007 and this is getting worst every time, the new managment that they have really sucks , place looks dirty rent is to high , applaince are old and the manager and the guy in the front desk are the worst ever, dont beleive in nothing that they say read CLOSLY THE CONTRACT TAKE IT HOME go TO A LAWYER THEN sign it, im really dissapointed i just moved a week ago because of them they are bringing this place down real fast.

This place used to be great, and went way down hill! New management came in early 2008, and ever since, it's been getting worse and worse! The new manager is impossible to talk to. Very mean and nasty! The hallways, exterior, and parking lot got very dirty. And The new manager keeps finding ways to make the renters pay more money. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. I can't believe aimco would let this happen to Waterways Village. I'm shocked.
