User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI called the referenced number and routed my self to retrieve assistance from a sales associate and no one ever picks up and i just wanted to find out if you had a certain item in stock to purchase and it seems your location doesnt care enough to pick up a call to help me, phone just rings and rings. I will not be making a purchase from you now and will go somewhere that can pick up the phone call to tell me by letting me know itf item is in stock which is very common one " computer memory". I am just trying to avoid extra and unnecessary driving.

I was in the store on Saturday June 6,09. I go up to pay for my item and while standing there checking out I guess one of the employees was looking to check out as well, comes up puts his stuff down like I am not there and begins talking to the cashier as I enter my pin information. Rude. Seems to be the word I have to use every time I go there. It's like the customers simply do not matter. I don't know why they bother opening the doors. I know it may come off as petty of me but I work hard for my funds and if I come to spend it there a little common courtesy might make me more inclined to do so.

Horrible. I waited for ever in the phone to get the time of my delivery and noone seems to be interested in helping....the worst customer service ever
