Driver License Office

TYPICAL FLORIDA SYSTEMS
Pathetic and Infantile. Automated Phone System is skewed, non-operative most of time.
Four days and NEVER able to speak to Idiots in Driver License Office.
Called Highway Patrol and told "Good Luck" , gave me 800- 303-7288.
Worthless number and system again. Went to 850-617-2000 again worthless. No wonder the crooks and terroists run rampant. THEY know how to get Licenses but an honest citizen cannot. Asked for Social Security card. I am over 70, haven't seen that card in 50 years and it is against Federal Law to use it as ID.
To Hell with the system.
Go crooked, Lie and misrepresent ... and all then will be fine and you'll get what you want.

Ditto! I have to agree with FTL guy. I went in there as soon as it opened and I was out of the office in only a half an hour.

This is a vast improvement form my experence just 4 years ago. And this was at the very same office location. Of course I did go in at 8:00 am

Ok, as far as the dreaded DMV experience is concerned, this place is better than the usual. The lines move quickly here and the employees are "no nonsense".
Some people avoid going here because the shopping center that it is located in is kind of shabby but getting your drivers license replaced here is quick and painless.
Make sure to bring your birth certificate, registration and passport or social security card.
