Worst Wendy's in 30 years of dining there!: We always choose Wendy's when traveling as it's been a known value for good food at reasonable prices and clean surroundings. None of this was true at this Wendy's. The restaurant, especially the rest rooms, was very dirty and there was no soap available. When we informed the girl at the counter, her response was she was new there and couldn't do anything about it. We witnessed this same clerk wait on customers and take their money, then turn around and work with food without washing her hands or donning gloves. Her attitude was lackadaisical and the food came out COLD! All in all, we have eaten at Wendy's since the original one in Columbus, Ohio for the past 30 years and have never before been disappointed. This has really turned us off on Wendy's as a chain if there is no supervision of the franchises anymore.
