A pleasant suprise!: I've driven by this unassuming storefront restaurant 1000's of times but never stopped. I finally took the plunge and my wife and I were pleasantly suprised. The Pork Lo Mein and the Special Fried rice were both very good. Not so much so was the Egg Foo Yung. Too much egg, not enough "Foo Yung", and kind of bland tasting. Not bad, but not very impressive either.
The best part of all was the tab. I never order based on price. I just order whatever I have a craving for. I was expecting the check to be $35-$38 dollars. The entrees and fried rice listed above (and the portions were very generous), white rice, fried wonton and Oriental noodles and all the tea you can drink came to $25.66 before tip and we had enough leftovers for another full meal! Great bang for the buck!
The wife's not a big Chinese food fan, but she really enjoyed her meal and says she'd definitely go again. Same here.

jades garden: nice food sometimes not always on target. Not always consistant but overall the better chineese rests in the area, friendly staff
