    We received a gift package of three coffees for Christmas, but only received the first delivery. Had to call before the second coffee shipped and now in July and waiting for the third delivery that was scheduled for March.

    A nice change of pace: When you need a break from the assembly line treatment at that other mainstream coffee house, "The Bean" is a quaint place to sip a nice beverage and chill on the couch for a while. The staff is always in good spirits and remembers my name and my regular order.
