DO NOT USE THIS MEINEKE in Saw Grass Mall - COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !

Work needed - Oil Change and Tire rotation .

I left with
A credit charge not credited and no tires rotated
An inspection made by an amatuer of the CV boot , said I needed it replaced when it was brand new.
Mis-representation of Goodyear recomendation on tire rotation , Emillio please read and understand info
before you quote to a customer.

About Emillio the Manager
I drove away from the premesis to find out the tires had not been rotated. I Called "Emillio - The Manager "
and he gave me some story that the "Best tires should be on the rear of the car for saftey reasons".
I asked him to explain what he meant and he said "for rear wheel drive cars, in line with GoodYear recomendations, I should not have the tires rotated. He went on to say aquaplaning is the problem and also that Goodyear changes their minds on tire rotation recomendations every year based on new testing" I asked him to repeat what he said and I understood him and told him that "he is the first person in my life to tell me that rotating tires is not safe". Then I went on to tell him my car was 4 wheel drive and mostly front wheel driven. Tries all the same size. Also , that he had charged me to rotate the tires and he did not rotate the tires. So why did he charge me in the first place to do work and then say its "UNSAFE"...
I wanted a refund of the tire rotation so Saturday I called "Emilio" again told me to come by
tomorrow (Sunday) and we would credit the card.
I went round to have the card credited and he told be he ran a "Credit batch" Saturday and would not
allow a debit to my credit card. He told me I was again mistaken as to what he had told me and I did
not listen to him.
What he actually told me was the banks are closed on sunday and he could not refund my card.
So I called my bank and they told me he can run a credit if he wanted to, it just would not be shown
as a credit until 2-3 business days.
Also, im quite sure if I gave him my credit card for some other work he would have been able to debit it.
Unless its a CASH only business on Sunday!

It seems everything Emillio told me I caught as a mis-representation or outright lie. Everytime I phrased
back what he told me , he said I was making things up things or not listeneing to him. Last
conversation was to question my (the customers) proffesionlism and knowledge in tires as he has 9 years of changing tire experience and also why I didnt change the tires myself.
I called him pathetic and the conversation ended.
