User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy neighbor recommended this company based on her own experience with their services. This neighbor is a very reclusive lady and a very careful consumer. I trusted her recommendation and called them. They cleaned my rugs, the tile in my bathroom and I added a Sofa and Love-seat to their tasks. I was flabbergasted at how thorough and professional they were. The carpet looks brand new, the furniture looks even better. they get high marks and I will not use anyone else. A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

i used dry concepts for an old and expensive oriental rug that belonged to my mom. i wasn't sure if it would turn out well but it looked incredible when they put it back down. they showed up when they said they would and were careful with a heavy glass table that was on top of the rug. i felt good about having the delivery guys in my home. overall it was a good experience, something of a surprise in south florida.
