User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRude and dishonest. Worst car buying experience ever. Said they would obtain a vehicle from another dealership for me. Three days later, they said they couldn't and insisted I buy off their inventory. Looked at me like I had three heads when I wanted to talk about the price. Talked to me like a child that they couldn't go lower than their internet sales price. Bought my vehicle at Wayne Akers Ford later that day. Will never recommend Sawgrass Ford.
