Smokey Bones: A great rib restaurant: I'm actually writing this review after eating at Smokey Bones four times. This is a really cool restaurant. Great food, great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. I've always had the St.Louis ribs, the cornbread with peacan butter and fries and baked apples for my sides. They have two types of BBQ sauce, one that has some sweetness to it and the other one that is more mustard/vinigar like. I prefer the sweet sauce. My only problem with Smokey Bones is that they don't take reservations. The last time I went was on a saturday night, I was already hungry when my wife and some friends of ours arrived there just for them to put us on the wait list. We waited for waht seemed like an hour, but was in actuality 35 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the food is well worth the wait, just don't go if you haven't eaten all day and feel really hungry. I do have to mention that it's only really crowded in the evening. When I've gone during the day, we were seated as soon as we walked in. So the next time you are in the mood for some great smoked ribs, visit Smokey Bones.
