We have been spending 2-3 wks each winter in West Palm Beach for the past 10 years and have been dining here at least twice during each stay since they opened.
We LOVE this place! Good food, good wine, good service, great ambiance.
So when our Daughter decided to get married at Singer Island- we decided to have the reception at IL BELLAGIO. There were only 14 of us but we were treated like royalty.
The service was wonderful, the food was excellent and they cut the wedding cake for us and served it beautifully! We had a room to ourselves open to the patio so we could see the fountain and mingle out to the patio. They never rushed us and never asked us to "wrap it up" so they could turn over the room. It was a great time and we have some great memories! If you are in West Palm Beach- put this restaurant on your agenda!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBiggest Jumbo Shrimp I've ever seen: While working in West Palm Beach, I visited this restaurant twice. Each visit was superb! The service was exceptional. I had a dish with jumbo shrimp and mussels over linguini with an Alfredo sauce. The Shrimp were so huge I had to cut them with a knife like a steak. The ambience is great with it being in the center of CityPlace beside the lighted fountains and the outside tables. Definately an outstanding Italian experience!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Authentic Italian In Palm Beach County: The food, service, and ambience are excellent. The best dish Ive had is the Lobster, Mussels, & Shrimp Fra Diavlo with linguine. All of the seafood dishes are fantastic as well as the pastas and veal. There is an extensive wine list which includes such a variety that anyone will find a favorite. Make sure not to forget the desserts which are a superb ending to an exquisite meal. The only problem I have is leaving the restaurant because the experience is so wonderful. I recommend everyone visits Bellaggio for an authentic Italian dinner that will only keep you coming back for years to come.
