User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe customer service at this station is absolutely unhelpful and extremely slow. The clerks can be sometimes rude and very loud, they can embarrass customers with their stupid comments.
I wish there will be an alternative, and I could definitely skip this post office station. I'm very dissapointed.-

I think it is the worst PO in Broward County. They are understaffed and there are several employees that are not nice at all and very RUDE. When I am there, everyone in line complains. I have had several dealings with them and they were not pleasant. I have often wondered if I can change to another PO.

Although I rarely go inside, but whenever I do I receive great customer service. The postal workers at the counter are always pleasant and courteous. I also spoke with Vinny today about my mail getting wet whenever it rains. He told me he would bring this matter to the carriers. I would like a response. My boxes are covered for the most part, and I do understand the carrirers do the best that they can in a state where it rains all the time, but this is happening quite frequently now and this is my first time calling about it. Well I do hope Vinny speaks with the carrier (s). Thank You
