Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Movie theater great. Long ticket lines & forget about the consession stand. it takes forever & the people that work there don't care. It is the most local WPB theater so they are the only game in town, even if the service is horrible.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: As other reviews have emphasized, the problem here is simply bad management. Muvico's facility is first-class, but the movie-goers' experience is ruined by the poorly-trained and unsupervised staff. When the ticket windows are open (sometimes they're not), each transaction takes twice the time it should, leading to long lines. The condition of the bathrooms is terrible. Sometimes the faucets don't work, often there are no towels and the floors are disgusting. Getting a soft drink at the understaffed refreshment stands takes forever, and if one wants a hotdog or even a microwaved pretzel, it's a ten minute wait.
