u.s.1 median beautification appears to be all wet: after driving thru u.s.1 from p.g.a. to donald ross and above the puddled water next to the median shows lack of concern for roadway and drainage looked like a malfunction, this was shortly after a downpour sat. eve, what,s a tropical storm or worse going to be like? looks like it was not worth sitting in traffic jams while consruction crews cut concrete with big saws without water to keep the plumes of dust from getting in our cars, a.c.& vents. otherwise juno is a pretty place.
