Me and my husband were on our way to the court house steps to have our house put up for auction when I found this wonderfull company.Yes it cost me $700.00 a month and it took 3 months to finally work up a home loan modification with my lending company which me and my husband had been trying to do ourselves with no luck. Anyway me and my husband have our home and very happy. We will difinintly use there sevices again. A thankful homeowner Deborah Cerny

Thank You First Universal. They stopped my home from being sold at auction! When they were done my rate went from 10.5% adj to 3.95% fixed and they got my lender to forgive 18 months of back payments!!!

I 1st started with first universal lending back in Sept, we are now enjoying our reduce rate of 5.1% from having 9.75 and a payment of $3,521 to $1,531.Thanks 1st Universal!
