The people in the service department are polite and friendly. The problem is that they tell you that you need services that you don't need, just to "pad the bill". I was very disappointed in that. I took my Dodge Caravan to another Dodge dealership after I had it at Arrigo. They did a complete inspection and did not come up with the "repairs" or "replacements" that Arrigo said I needed. Sad. :-(
We just purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram Quad Cab with Arrigo and the experience from start to finish was excellent. We seen the truck that we liked and the salesman come over and he was very professional, polite and not pushy. After the demo ride, we walked away with the truck in a little over 3 hours, including the time it took to demo the truck. Mr. Arrigo introduced himself and shook our hand and made sure that we were being taking care of properly. I have bought a few cars and the dealership before Arrigo left a really bad taste in my mouth to where I would rather have root canal than buy a car. Arrigo changed that, it was perfect from the sales staff to the financing department. Thank you for restoring my faith in car sales.
Arrigo Dodge & Chrysler service and sales is as sour as the lemons they sell.
Have a 2007 Town & Country with 1481 miles that drives like a used washing machine. Been in for repair at 300 miles and now again at 1400 miles.
****Beware**** A lot of fast talk but no satisfaction.

"Demo"? The only people I've ever heard use that term were car salesmen. You sure you're not writing this from Arrigo Dodge?
