Went to their body shop to show them the failing paint on my '02 PreRunner while still under the warranty. Paint had lost all shine. Was told to bring it over to the service desk of the Main building and see the manager. The manager could not be found. The service rep. that came out tried to make it look like it was my fault because I needed to wax it more.
I asked him to explain how come my son's was driving one two years older and still looked brand new. Could not get a straight answer. My son was also driving a '96 Chevy work truck which was glossier, and it only got washed when and if it rained. Was told to take it to a car detailer because the use a "special acid wax", and I would have to pay for that. Isn't acid the main ingredient in bird poop? Never got any satisfaction even though it was still under the warranty. I suppose I could have gotten legal help, but did not want the hassle and the dealership knows that. That's when I stopped going there and will not go back. There. I feel better now !

Worst customer service from a Toyota dealership I've ever experienced. 3 toyotas, Buy a car and get it serviced elsewhere. People are put out by your needs and phone skills are at the least tolerable. Is it that hard to have trained CUSTOMER SERVICE Minded people working here.

    I recently purchased a vehicle - a 2008 Corolla.

I first went to the West Palm Beach Toyota location to look around, and was almost trapped here in the Toyota used car section by a friendly, but overly aggressive, sales person. I managed to escape that arriving at the correct location for new cars - only to find that nobody would assist me there. They should get that used car guy to move over there to help out! I walked up to the girl at the reception area (there is always one of these where the girl sits there doing pretty much nothing) and asked where the cars like I wanted were. She shouted across to some guy who told her, and she directed me to the north side of the building. Nobody cared enough to come with me and I simply left.

Se my review of the dealership in Delray Beach to discover where I spent my money!
