User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI normally go out with the Black Dog, and I have become very accustomed to their superior customer service and great fishing. My brother-in-law and I schedule an annual fishing trip, and because the Black Dog was booked, we took a chance and booked our trip on the Samana. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested and were told that "they had been trying to reach us" and that the trip was cancelled due to lack of interest. This was a complete lie, as NO ONE even attempted to contact us. Due to the fact that we were taking an afternoon trip, we didnt have time to book another boat. The Capt. of the Samana not only ruined our day, but also our annual tradition. I would recommend keeping your options open when booking with the Samana. They obviously dont care about their clients.
