I have been purchasing food from Josies for the past 8 years. When I first ate at the restaurant, the food was pretty good and the pizza was the best in the area. Lately, the food is cold and the pizza is not well made. I have had better. In fact, I stopped buying there because the last pizza I had there was not very good.
Just remember that I am a difficult customer because I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. As many people will tell you, Philadelphia is known for its superior pizza. Josie's is definitely NOT NY or Philadelphia pizza. I think that the pizza needs more sauce, more olive oil, and more various cheeses.
