User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI've ate here twice. The first time all of the food was spectacular. The steak was perfectly cooked and was as good of a cut of beef as you can get. The second time, the food was really nothing special. My steak was a little overdone and was not as good of a cut of meat as the first time. For how expensive the place is, I think they should be consistent every time. That's why I gave the 3 stars.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood meat that's overpriced: A group of us ate here in May. The steaks were delicious. Prices are exorbitant. Entrees include nothing. Everything is a la carte. After being charged $28 for my steak (8 ounces?), an additional $6 was charged for my plain, baked potatoe and another $6 for a scrawny, iceberg lettuce salad. Overall, I gave a 4-star rating due to food and service, but only 3-stars to ambiance (it's quite noisy not the place for a romantic date) and 1-star for value.

Illaro, If $40 in 2004 when the review was written for a small steak, potato and small iceberg lettuce salad is inexpensive for 1 diner (BEFORE 1 diner's drinks, appetizer, coffee, dessert, tax AND tip - 11/2008 that same steak, potato and salad are $52), then perhaps you've changed your mind about the cost since the stock market collapse of 2008.
