Dry Cleaning Depot

SIMPLY AWFUL! I used this location of Dry Clean Boca Raton since it was close to my house.
Initially they started over starching my shirts, not a huge deal.
The problem occurred when I had brought in several shirts and 2 sets of pants.
I came in one morning before work to pick them up and lady informed me the system was down and I could only use cash. I paid for the pants and 2 of the shirts with what cash I had on me. When I came back for the other 6 shirts the next day. They told me they were missing, so we looked through all the racks and they said they had been there, but must've been sent back to the plant. I came back the next day and was told the same thing and they would be in tomorrow. Well when they still weren't there. The 3rd time I asked for the manager to call me either way to let me know what was going on. After a few more days of calling, I finally got the managers number and called her. The "manager", Pat Orange called me later that day unapologetically and insisted the shirts were there even though I explained even I looked through them. The next day the still were not there and I am still without most of my work shirts. Finally she told me to go in and fill out a report to get them replaced. Amazingly after all this, when I went in and they would actually have to pay the shirts were found at the plant. No apology and they still charged me. This is the only bad review/complaint I have ever written. There are so many other dry cleaners nearby, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
