So I go to this place because I figure it is better for the community to go to the family owned mechanic in light of the economy. All I needed was an oil change and tune up and an estimate on brake work and a motor mount for later on. They call me back to tell me that there is so much wrong with my car that it will be over $1000.00 to get it to a place where I can bring it back after 3 to 5 days to see what is actually wrong!

They said it would be $350.00 just to replace the plug wires and battery which I bought and replaced at Advanced Auto Parts for $130.00, thank you very much!
Thank God I did it right away because when I popped the hood I noticed that the mechanics had left behind 5 old spark plugs and 2 bolts from the old cap and rotor just sitting loose ready to cause a major disaster for myself or for an innocent driver behind me on 95!

If this post keeps one person from making a horrible mistake then it will be worth it.
