User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the best italian I have had in South Florida. And, I recently had dinner at Scarpetta at the Fountenbleu....and I still hold this high regard for Bova. My favorites that I rotate among each of my visits: rigatoni short rib (it has an amazing brocollini green sauce that is out of this world), risotto mantecato (wonderfully creamy risotto with thin slices of steak), pasta bolognese. For dessert, the souflet is light and very delicate. For wines, I really enjoy the 3 vinas pinot noir...and the biageo chianti....I get them by the glass. And, for after dinner, I absolutely love the D'Asti dessert wine. The service is phenominal here...the cooking superb (the chef has training/experience obtained in Italy I believe) and the ambience is, in my opinion, more decadent and opulent than the blue door at the delano...just top notch all around.

10 stars if I could!: This is the best restaurant by far that I have been to in South Florida. Great ambiance, fantastic service, phenomenal food. I would recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE! I took 4 friends here for dinner and they were blown away!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEveryone will love this place.. Special Occassions: Bova is one of the best Italian resturants... It would beat any italian resterant. The service is superb. The menu is to die for, and if it's not on the menu it doesn't mean you can't have it. The place is very upscale, you will not believe a place like this exists. Reservations are a must, and when you go you'll see why... I never felt there were many places that really satisfied romantic dinners, but this place proved me wrong. They have a different live singer everynight, and there's actually room for romantic dancing. It's a great place to be.
