Del Prado Elementary School

You would like this school if you are a parent that enjoys helping run a school.
Del Prado has a reputation that parents run the school. HUGE parent involvement. The parents tell the Administration what teacher their child will get, what friends that will be in the same class. Of course the teacher will already have a personal relationship with the parent so their child will receive special attention and be the favorite student in the class, if not the parent will transfer the child out to another teacher that will be a puppet on a string for them. They just want to make sure their child gets all the extra special attention. Unfair for families just trying to get a good education for their children and having to deal with this Boca attitude. As previously stated you get your fair share of teachers that should not be teachers to begin.

This is an excellent school. The teachers are great and the administration is the best. I wish Del Prado went through grade 12 !!
