Unbelieveable food and top notch service. Whoever had anything bad to say about this place was in a coma!!! They really run quite a personable machine there. Their selection of all that is delightful and delicious is probably due to the pride that goes into the making of each and every item from scratch. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Well Worth it!!!

Bad service despite great food: The food is great, but the service is an afterthought. They have the best selection of bagels, cream cheeses and salads that I've seen in any bagel place in the county. But there are too many kids behind the counter. They have no system and the prices are too high. They don't give you a break on anything. Adult supervision is needed badly. The kids swarm around you all at once asking to wait on you. It's like nothing I've ever seen before, unbelievably annoying and almost surreal. You get the feeling you're being howled at by trained monkeys. The menu is written on a blackboard and the writing is so bad it's hardly legible. A printed menu would be an upgrade with this place. Also, they don't give you coffee refills, unheard of in bagel shops in this day and age. I won't go back there until the service improves and they've got a long way to go.
