    I agree with the above reviewer. I had an appointment at 5 PM. Upon arrival, they said there's no one available to work and they were cleaning their maintenance room. I drove 20 miles for nothing. Their hours list 7 AM - 7 PM but if you go in morning then its too busy and they took two hours last time for an oil change and second time this happened. I am never going back there again. Matt was the service adviser and did nothing to service my car but kept drinking his coffee. Because of this dealership, i will never buy a NISSAN again. Sorry Nissan, I am going back to buying HONDA. I would give this dealership 0 star if I could.

    Horrible, the worst service I've ever encountered . AVOID THIS NISSAN DEALERSHIP.
    BOB who looked to be the service manager was no help at all. He cut me off while I was speaking. he was speaking very loud at me. ALMOST YELLING. had no intentions of helping me out.


    Very poor communication skills
    (rushed me out of the dealership)

    Refused to look at my car.

    this dealership made me embarrassed to drive a nissan

    If monroe is hiring management thats treats it's customers so bad just imagine how they treat your car
