My car wash cost me $524!!!! you got it! Paid $24 for a car wash. after it was done, i put my ipod down on the front seat. i saw the car was not cleaned properly and called a worker to please clean it properly. i went back inside the building to wait. then i was told the car was done. i got in and drove away, only to find out later... my $500 ipod was gone. when i called the manager, he basically called me a liar. stay away at all costs. most expensive car wash of my life.

Stay away if you value your car and your sanity. I had brought both my car and suv here quite a few timew and was always quite pleased with the service. Well today was totally different, we pulled up in our car and the attendet, who claimed to be the owner asked me if I had ever brought my car there, I ansewred that I had brought my car in several times. He called the office and then told me that I had never had my car washed there as my license plate was not on file. Well I told him that he was mistaken as I had brought both of my vehicles there several times. He told me I was lying and did not know what I was talking about. He then told me that my car had to be hand washed thus much more expensive then the normal wash. Well I told him to forget it I would go some where else that was able to wash my car at the normal price.
The man went ballistic and started to scream at me and tell me that I had a bad attitude and to leave before he called the police, this as I was getting into my car to leave.
Stay away from this location the service was horrific and the owner thinks that he can just rip people off by making up wierd charges.
I told the man to grow up and good luck in keeping his business afloat with that kind of attitude. To date I had spent $250.00 dollars at his business in 3 months well he won't be seeing any more of my hard earned money.

Great atmosphere.: I recently visited Congress Car Wash and had a great experience. When you first pull, in you follow a beautiful row of royal palm trees and a huge fountain that looks like scene from the Breakers. The landscape is also very lush with hedges and other colorful plants. I pulled up to the service writer who was very pleasant and informative. He set me up with The Presidential Package and sent me on to the cashier. In the waiting room there is a great store with nick nacks and the nicest card racks I've ever seen. I was rang up by a happy young lady who further informed me about the service I recieved. My car came out and was pulled into a bay where a gentleman started cleaning the interior of my car. While I was waiting, I was able to sit at a Tiki hut with a table and ate my lunch as the men worked on my car. They finished my car with a smile and came to get me. I was very impressed with the work they had done in only about 25 minutes. I felt like my car was detailed. All in all the atmospherem, positive energy from the employees, and great quality of work Congress Car Wash is the best car wash I've ever been to.
