The food is very good at Pizza al Freso with amazing thin crust Pizza and most major Italian dishes served with fresh ingredients and plenty of authentic Italian flair. Don't expect a cheap Pizza dining experience though - you are on Palm Beach after all.

Yes, the staff and waiters are often Italian as well. The location and atmosphere easily matches their great cooking, featuring a picture perfect outdoor cafe situated just off Worth Avenue in a hidden Courtyard.

Recently, Pizza al Fresco added an indoor dining room which helps during busy winter 'season' or bad weather. You could really be overseas in this courtyard cafe and you won't hear any traffic - just the bees buzzing around the bright flowers and the sounds of your fellow guests enjoying their favorite Italian beers and foods.

I'm not sure if they've changed this with their indoor expansion but they used to only be open during the winter season. Call to be safe. A large dinner suitable for 5 cost about $57 - that's two Pizza's, two salads, and one dinner entree.
