User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAfter being rudely confronted and disregarded at the Geek Squad main desk, I thought they'd make it up to me. It's been 6 days already and it's still not done. (Guaranteed 2 days).

Horrible customer service: I dropped my laptop off for repair and was quoted about three different prices. They would not give me a time period for when it would be ready. When I tried calling the number to see if it was ready no one would answer the call in either sales or "geek squad." This place is such a joke and the customer service is awful. Avoid this place if at all possible.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsoverpriced!: Took my laptops to Best Buy for a cleanup and to have a cd drive put in, they would have charged me as much as a new laptop to do the work, when I told the kid working there that, he said "whatever" and walked away!
