User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMany caring staff, but dangerously asleep at the wheel when it comes to common problems of the aged. My mother's experience included repeated failure to deal with pain, repeated infection with dangerous MRSA infections, skin cancer ignored despite repeated requests to have it examined and broken bones. No abuse, but serious neglect. Worse, they react to the discovery of life-threatening neglect by antagonizing the family.
