User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMovie Gallery transfers their people constantly so you can't ever depend on the good service of one or two to last. I too was locked out early by one of their "new" employees who wanted to leave @ closing and not close @ closing but be closed and out at closing time with NO HEART for the customer. They also held up a clock that was fast about 8 mins.

Have a long trip ahead of me, and tried all day to make it to the Bushnell location to pick up some movies for the trip. I got there at 9:52 and the store closes at 10. They wouldn't let me in. The guy held up a clock and said it was past 10. I told him his clock was wrong. My phone said 9:52, my car clock said 9:52, and my friend in the car had a watch saying 9:52 (we went to the pharmacy afterward and there clock said 9:55).
Didn't matter to them. Wouldn't even let me in for a minute. I'll be calling a manager tomorrow and posting this review where I can.
