Do not I repeat do not use this Blockbuster store. I have on 3 occasions in the last 6 months rented a movie and returned in the drop box on the day it was due or before it was due. And every time I have received a call that I have not returned the movie. The last time which is today my husband advised me that there was a $6 charge on his bank statement for Blockbuster. I spoke with the manager at the store and was advised that I hadn't returned the movie Marley and Me on time and that was the reason for the charge. I did advised the manager that I had in fact returned the movie on time and had even paid the new $2.99 fee for the one day rental (their poor attempt to mimic the $1.07 rental fee for 1 day rental if you use the Redbox).

I will never use this Blockbuster again and I would highly recommend that when you return a movie go inside because they obviously don't know how to update the system correctly when placing a movie in the drop box outside of business hours.
