I have had nothing but awesome stuff from Heather the store owner. She loves our community! You should all buy stuff from here.

Be very careful when renting instruments. I rented a small instrument which I took care of like a fine piece of art. Returned it in top shape like I received it. The instrument was not inspected when I returned it, but received a bill in the mail for a "crack" which wasn't there when I returned it. If you don't purchase the insurance, you will always get a "repair" charge upon return. They will always find something wrong to charge for.
Has something for every price range. Decent variety of items though they only carry limited brands of guitars. Sales people are hit or miss. Sometimes helpful and other times they ignore you.
I have purchased several guitar items with them and love everyone of them. They were well priced and they have decent sales. Holidays are excellent sale times at this store. They have package pricing... so if you want a whole set up and free introductory lessons watch for those holiday packages.
Haven't taken classes with them. They do offer group classes but that's very unappealing for me. Group lessons are cheaper but I can't see how anyone could learn very well. I believe they also offer private lessons though if you want to go that route. They offer classes for a variety of instruments and for all ages. Do check out their classes for kids as they have a good variety.
They have a little coffee and snack bar in the back of the store. Might be good if you're waiting on a kidlet or class to start. I haven't eaten there so I can't recommend anything yet.
This store is crowded with items and parking isn't so fantastic. I recommend non-peak hours (anything before 3 pm) if you want to browse and not be mowed down by kids waiting for their lessons.
