I couldn't believe the way I was treated by the employee at this location. The woman working there said her name was Gayla and she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She was extremely short with me, unfriendly, unpleasant and very unprofessional. When I walked in the store she was on the phone on what appeared to be a personal call. She made it quiet clear that my entering the business irritated her. She proceeded to continue to talk on the phone while trying to help me and when I started asking her questions regarding the cleaning she told whoever she was talking with that she had to go and slammed the phone down. I can't believe the owner of this business would hire someone like this person to work with the public. Because of the way she treated me I will never return to this location.
