My best friend and I made reservations for last Saturday. October 24th. They were very crowded, and as we were waiting for our table to be ready, I had to use the ladies room. They only have one toilet for ladies! I really had to go, so I went to use the mens room toilet, which is located in the stock room. My friend was waiting for me outside the bathroom, and a sales clerk told her she wasn't allowed to stand there because it was the stock room. I walked out of the bathroom, where I had encountered a man stading there glaring at me. Again, there was only one toilet for ladies and there was a very long line. As we were walking through the shop on the way to our table, another sales clerk glanced down at my purse, (which was snapped close), and she told me that my purse was opened. I informed her that it was snapped close and she told me that I had to zip it! So, as you can imagine, we did not feel welcomed to shop there!!! VERY SNOOTY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I think this restaurant it is wonderful. I live in Wisconsin and was there two years ago and am going back next month for lunch (we have it planned). My family loved the food, service and especially the desserts. It is not overpriced at all. Great food that is worth every penny.
Disorganized, rude, very ordinary food,
dusty, overpriced -- all in all, a disappointment.
Lots of nicer, more friendly places in nearby small towns with great food and pleasant surroundings.

I totally disagree w/ this person who couldn't even sign their name. no it isn't ordinary food, evadendly this person doesn't have any class what so ever, the tables are decorated very classie. you mentioned there are more friendly places, it sounds like your best food place would be micky d's {jackie}
