User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best roast pork in Lutz and Tampa for a great price. Their dishes run around thirteen dollars and a good amount, almost enough for two, for their price. This small spanish restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Rosa's Cafe is definitely a family friendly place with options on the menu for all ages.
