I've told personnel at least 3 times since last Dec. that the light which is supposed to shine on our American Flag is burnt out.

It seems that they're not proud of our Flag or any of the people who gave their lives for their freedom.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Once they sent a package back to me as if I sent it to myself. Their response was "so what" and would not issue a refund. Recently we were not getting mail at our PO box after years of having it and no problem, so we sent several envelopes with the names we had on it and they were returned with "number not found" on them. Their reply was "we don't know what happened". We had the box for years and suddenly realized that we were not getting mail there. For the most part the employees are rude and beligerant, but of course there are the exceptions. Nasty gets nasty, that's all.

I called this post office for help and spoke to a lady that didn't want to help me at all. She tried to get me off the phone as quick as should could which was the same way I was treated when I went there. This is the worst PO I ever went to or called if you are wanting good customer serivces I assure you, you will not find it here. Oakfield is very nice. I changed my PO box because of there POOR service.
