    terrible people. not friendly and not caring. took clothes in and they lost them. I filed a claim but they refused it. I will never use them again and I will not refer anyone to these cleaners. My co-workers have used these people and they have not been pleased either.

    Ruined Shirts!: I noticed that my brand new Ralph lauren shirt had a "burn" hole on my sleeve cuff. I then inspected 7 other shirts and had the exact same burn hole. The owner was contacted and of course "it wasn't them or their equipment". Well they were never cleaned and pressed anywhere else and 2 of my shirts that were ruined were less than a month old! No compensation of any kind was offered. They probably figured I wasn't worth about 350.00 of shirts that THEY ruined. I will never give them any business and will do everything I can to tell my story to as many people as I possible can. I wonder what an ad in the Tribune will run?

    Lost Items: I had until very recently given McNatt's all of my family's cleaning. Upon my last visit to their establishment to pick up my fiance's clothing I was told that they were unable to locate the order. I had written it off as an oversight on my part, but my fiance insisted that he had dropped off at least six shirts. A month or so went by and he was unable to locate his clothes in any of our garment bags or closets. He gave the store another try and upon my fiance's insistence, they finally located the 6 shirts and 3 pairs of pants under a different customer's name.
    McNatt's was mildly apologetic at their mistake and offered no compensation for this inconveniece. Considering how loyal a customer I had been up to this point, you can imagine how disappointed I was in the lack of customer service. McNatt's will no longer get any of my business and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or family in the future.
