If you like being treated poorly, by all means shop at un-Happy Tunes. We went there to ask about repair on my son's sax. The ?owner ridiculed us because we bought our (beginner) sax online. He chastised my son for not taking care of his sax, which is not even true. Things break after 3 years and he's only 11! The owners argue with each other in front of customers, kick boxes in anger, and the place is an absolute mess. How miserable can people be? Perhaps the name Happy Tunes was supposed to be ironic, because these people aren't happy. They won't get any business from me or anyone I know.

I've been a customer of Happy Tunes Music and Hobbies for a long time and particularly when it comes to music, I've found them extremely helpful. I certainly don't know your son, or the condition of his sax, but to indicate that a kid might cause harm to their instrument in the three years between nine and eleven years old doesn't sound anything but "normal" for any kid. Sometimes the truth might hurt though. Having been a teacher of such ages, I've also found that to be the case as well.
Bob, you obviously don't know my son. And the guy at Happy Tunes didn't just "indicate" that he caused his instrument damage, he plainly accused him of not caring for it. We took it to Jam Music in LOL who commented on how well my son had taken care of his sax. They fixed it properly and were pleasant. So whatever...Anyway, keep shopping there. That's certainly your prerogative.
