The temple was created to foster Hindu culture and protect its ancient roots. The site of Sanatan Mandir Tampa was originally occupied by a Jewish synaogue over a century ago. Today, Sanatan Mandir Tampa organizes several cultural and religious events including Mata Di Chowki and Sai Baba Satsang. The Satsang takes place all Thursdays while Mata Di Chowki is organized once every month. On Tuedays, the temple organizes Sunder Kand and Hanuman Puja. Satya Narayan Katha and Mata Ka Jagrata are some of its popular events.  Less
