    If I wanted to pull teeth, I would have been a dentist.
    Its like a personality of those who work for the po that if you need something they wont give it to you. Every experience I have. I explained to the guy on the phone that I was in a hurry and he placed me on hold for 5 minutes. Thats a long time to wait.
